T4F Finland was founded by Finnish special forces soldiers. Our work brings that experience into training for law enforcement and other security professionals.
Our instructors have served in operational military roles and trained extensively alongside other authorities. Together, they bring decades of special forces experience, including operations in Finland and international deployments across two decades.
T4F’s founders have helped develop Finnish Army special forces methods, personnel and equipment. That background shapes a practical approach: clear instruction, progressive training and lessons grounded in experience.
Our core expertise is urban operations, translated into individual and team development. The T4F training concept draws on Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat (SFAUC), including Close Quarters Battle (CQB).
Training is adapted to the commissioning organisation. We can provide foundations, support advanced development or help refine existing methods through consultation.

A structured path
to development.
Our firearms and tactical training programmes build from individual fundamentals to team training. Bespoke law enforcement programmes are available in Finland and internationally.
A two-day introduction to dynamic shooting, combining theory, dry practice and live-fire training. Build the individual firearms skills that form the foundation of further T4F training.
The programme starts with the fundamentals and progresses towards applying shooting skills in a range environment. The training structure draws on Western special forces experience. Course participants receive a preparatory webinar outlining the content.
Enquire about this programmeProgressive training that connects individual skills with teamwork in the built environment. Training is adapted to the operating context, available equipment and the group’s experience.
CQB I — Elements focuses on individual skills and working as a pair. CQB II — Stack develops the ability to operate as part of a small team. Complexity increases progressively, with a preparatory webinar introducing the course.

The programme develops individual and team skills across five course modules. Previous tactical training is not required; basic and advanced groups may be formed according to experience. Selected exercises use the UTM training system. Participants receive a preparatory webinar before the course.
